Bowling For Soup - Cleveland 2026
Bowling for Soup brought their goofy, high-energy brand of pop-punk to Cleveland in 2026, opening for Simple Plan at Jacobs Pavilion and immediately making it clear they were going to have a lot of fun with their relatively short set.
The band's greatest strength has always been its personality, and Cleveland got plenty of it. Jaret Reddick kept the crowd laughing between songs while the band ripped through favorites including “Girl All the Bad Guys Want,” “High School Never Ends,” “Ohio (Come Back to Texas),” “Punk Rock 101,” “Today Is Gonna Be a Great Day,” “Turbulence,” “Teenage Dirtbag” and “1985.”
The Wheatus cover “Teenage Dirtbag” was a particularly fun addition, while “Girl All the Bad Guys Want” and “1985” provided the biggest sing-along moments. The band never took itself too seriously, but the musicianship was tight and the songs sounded as energetic as ever.
Bowling for Soup may have been the opening act, but they delivered the kind of upbeat, hilarious and ridiculously catchy performance that made them impossible to overlook.
