AC/DC — Rose Bowl 2025 NEW
Nearly 90,000 fans filled Pasadena's Rose Bowl for AC/DC's massive return to Southern California in 2025, turning the historic stadium into a sea of rock fans ready for two hours of thunderous guitars and classic hard rock. The Power Up Tour marked the band's first North American run in years, and the atmosphere reflected just how much anticipation had built for their return.
Angus Young led the charge in his trademark schoolboy outfit, while Brian Johnson's unmistakable vocals powered through a set loaded with favorites. “If You Want Blood (You've Got It)” opened the show before “Back in Black,” “Thunderstruck,” “Hells Bells” and “Highway to Hell” kept the stadium roaring. Newer track “Demon Fire” fit comfortably alongside classics such as “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” and “You Shook Me All Night Long.”
“Let There Be Rock” featured an extended Angus Young guitar solo, setting up an explosive encore of “T.N.T.” and “For Those About to Rock (We Salute You).” Cannons and fireworks provided a fitting finale to a huge night of rock and roll.
