AC/DC — Pittsburgh 2025 NEW

Acrisure Stadium shook with the sound of classic hard rock when AC/DC rolled into Pittsburgh for the Power Up Tour in 2025. With Angus Young still delivering his trademark schoolboy antics and blistering guitar work, the band demonstrated that more than five decades into its career, the formula of massive riffs, pounding drums and unapologetic rock and roll remains remarkably effective.

“If You Want Blood (You've Got It)” launched the show before “Back in Black,” “Demon Fire” and “Shot Down in Flames” kept the momentum going. “Thunderstruck” brought thousands of voices together, while “Hells Bells” delivered its familiar dramatic entrance. Newer material from Power Up, including “Shot in the Dark,” fit comfortably alongside classics such as “Highway to Hell,” “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” and “High Voltage.”

The extended “Let There Be Rock” featured a spectacular Angus Young guitar solo, complete with a platform lift and showers of confetti. The encore closed with “T.N.T.” and “For Those About to Rock (We Salute You),” finishing with cannons and fireworks in a suitably explosive finale.
